the location was great and i found i was near many places i wanted to visit. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. the free happy hour was a great bonus with complimentary drinks and made it easier to meet other guests. the room had an umbrella upon arrival, useful since it was raining.
the air conditioning unit made a loud noise. it sounded like a car revving all night. i couldn't turn the unit off completely, even with the fan on the lowest setting.

staff provided valuable help to me with directions and restaurant recommendations, made navigating the city easy. the check-in process was quick, and staff seemed genuinely interested in making my stay as good as possible.

lobby had a very stylish design with comfortable seating. i noticed there were magazines and newspapers available . the hotel provided free wifi, and i found the connection to be reliably fast for checking emails and streaming videos.

the location was good. i had easy access to shopping and food. the staff gave me complimentary umbrellas when i asked. they also held my bags after checkout and let me use the amenities downstairs.
the room was smaller than i expected. there was no coffee machine or bathrobes. the towels seemed a bit threadbare (i noticed some wear).

the super comfy bed was a dream. the real coffee provided in the room was a good touch, i also appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of a hair tie in the amenities kit. the location is excellent, providing easy access to quality restaurants, i also found the hosted hour a treat with its fantastic selection of drinks. the staff was very professional.
the tiles in the bathroom were a little sticky after cleaning, it was a minor thing.

The interiors throughout the building, from the lobby to the rooftop terrace, displayed beautiful design. All elements blended to create a great overall experience. the rooftop terrace offered open southern views, facing collins street, made for scenic evenings and sunrises.

The hosted hour offered complimentary beer, wine, and soft drinks. This was a great addition and a great experience! guests could enjoy these drinks either in the bar area or on the rooftop terrace. I loved that i could choose.

The room was very clean and chic, with an awesome framed view of the city. I adored the matte concrete finish wall, black hardware, and glass bricks in the design. i found that the bedding and linens gave restful nights, too.
